Capping Machine is an indispensable and important equipment in the modern packaging industry. Its mechanical transmission system is the core to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the equipment. The mechanical transmission system is responsible for transmitting power to each execution component to achieve precise positioning, grabbing and packaging of bottle caps, which is the key to the smooth progress of the entire packaging process.
The mechanical transmission system is mainly composed of motors, reducers, transmission shafts, gears, chains and other components, which together form a sophisticated power transmission network. As the power source of the entire system, the motor provides stable rotational power; the reducer converts the high-speed rotation of the motor into low-speed and high-torque output through the internal gear transmission mechanism to meet the strength requirements required for the capping action.
The transmission shaft is the "bridge" in the mechanical transmission system. It is responsible for transmitting the output power of the reducer to the capping head or other execution components. During the transmission process, the transmission shaft is supported by bearings to maintain a stable rotational state, and at the same time withstands the reaction force from the execution component. In order to ensure the accuracy and stability of transmission, transmission shafts are usually made of high-strength, high-precision materials and undergo strict heat treatment and precision processing.
Gears and chains are key components in the mechanical transmission system to achieve power transmission and speed change. Gears mesh with each other to transmit power from one shaft to another, simultaneously converting speed and torque. The chain has the characteristics of long transmission distance and high transmission efficiency, and is especially suitable for situations where long-distance transmission is required in capping machines.
During the actual working process of the Capping Machine, the mechanical transmission system accurately controls the movements of each component according to the instructions of the control system. When the capping operation is required, the control system will issue instructions to the motor, and the motor will start to rotate and drive the reducer to work. The reducer converts the rotational power of the motor into a low-speed, high-torque output suitable for the capping action, and transmits it to the capping head through the transmission shaft. After receiving power, the capping head starts to perform rotation or rolling actions to accurately seal the bottle caps.
In addition to these core components, the Capping Machine is also equipped with a variety of sensors and controllers to monitor and control various parameters during the capping process. For example, photoelectric sensors can be used to detect the presence and position of bottle caps to accurately control the movement of the capping head; pressure sensors can monitor the sealing strength of the capping to ensure product quality and safety.
The modified capping machine uses two bottle clamping devices on both sides to clamp the bottle, and the capping is carried out through the three claws above. Cap rotation servo motor torque control ensures the quality of cap rotation without damaging the bottle cap
