For screw capping machines, the capping head will rotate the bottle cap according to the preset rotation angle and speed. This process requires precise control of the rotation force and speed to ensure that the cap fits tightly on the bottle mouth and is neither too tight nor too loose. At the same time, the rubber ring or gasket inside the capping head will also play a key role. They can form an effective sealing effect during the rotation process and prevent liquid or gas leakage.
For roller capping machines, the packaging process is slightly different. This type of equipment rolls the bottle cap through a rolling head to form a tight connection with the bottle mouth. During the rolling process, the pressure and speed of the rolling head need to be precisely controlled to ensure the consistency and stability of the rolling effect.
During the entire packaging process, the control system of the Capping Machine plays a vital role. It is responsible for real-time monitoring and adjustment of various parameters during the packaging process, such as rotation speed, rolling pressure, packaging time, etc., to ensure packaging quality and efficiency.
