To solve this problem, modern automatic bottle processing machines are usually equipped with a removal mechanism, a bottle detection device and a bottle hanging port conveying air duct device. However, these devices cannot completely eliminate the phenomenon of bottle locking. For example, insufficient transparency of PET bottles may be caused by a variety of factors, including excessive heating temperature, excessive heating time, moisture in compressed air, and opacity in the injection molded embryo tube itself. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to eliminate it by adjusting the heating temperature, shortening the heating time, using a desiccant to remove moisture, and improving the quality of the embryo tube. In addition, the PET bottle has white pearl luster, offset position of the bottle bottom water outlet, and uneven thickness of the bottle wall, which is also closely related to factors such as heating temperature, embryo tube quality, and the position of the stretching rod, and corresponding adjustment measures are needed to be taken to solve it.
